Welcome to buy SUNNY products. In order to have your satisfaction, please read this after-sale service policy after you purchase our cellphone part.

1. What is not covered by SUNNY warranty?

1.to any non-SUNNY products

2. to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on parts;

3. to damage caused by non-specialized installed for LCD & digitizer screens, cables/cable IC, glass broken, etc.

4.to broken SUNNY products label (very important, please keep the label complete).
5. to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cau

2. Sunny warranty since delivered out:

All the mobile parts is 12 months warranty only based on No welding, No split, with protective film and No installed. 

Otherwise, without warranty.

Problem happened during the warranty time, we can replace the new products after receive the defective ones.

Returning shipping cost will be paid by SUNNY.

3. After Warranty

If the problem happened after installation for LCD and touch screen or beyond the warranty time for all parts,

all the after sales cost will be charged by customers.
